Order challenged in the instant application is dated 01.05.2010 passed by the
Additional Civil Judge J. D./Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 26 Etah on an
application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. only as a counter blast.

Without expressing any opinion on merit, the application is disposed of with
the direction that the investigation shall go on pursuant to the order impugned,
but no coercive measure shall be adopted against the applicants till the
submission of the report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
