The cause of action is on account of death of the deceased employee at
Muzaffarpur and thereafter issuance of the order from Patna. Therefore,
this matter relates to the territorial jurisdiction of Patna High Court and
not this Court.

Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of want of
territorial jurisdiction to approach the appropriate High Court.
