parties have reached on settlement but since neither counsel for the petitioner
nor counsel for the respondent is present, let notice be issued to the petitioner
Yogesh Soni as well as respondent no. 4 Shilpi Soni through C.J.M.
Lakhimpur Kheri and C.J.M. Lucknow for their appearance on 26th August,
2010 before this Court to ascertain as to whether the agreement has been
entered into between them or not.
