present application is preferred by applicant with a prayer to recall

have considered averments made in this application and I have also

it, order passed by this Court on 17th August, 2009 in
First Appeal No.1370 of 2009 is hereby recalled and First Appeal
No.1370 of 2009 is restored to its original file with all attached
orders, if any.
