ORDER

The
petition was filed on 16.8.2010. The matter was notified before the
Additional Registrar (Judicial) on 15.9.2010, who granted time to
remove office objections upto 1.10.2010. One of the office
objections is that, ‘list of event is not filed’. This is not a
mistake, but this is a deliberate non-application of mind. Only on
this short ground, the petition is dismissed.

However,
to see that no injustice is done to the petitioner, liberty is
reserved to file fresh petition for the same relief.
