The petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the

Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Fast Track Court No. 3, Nalanda at

Biharsharif, by which he has allowed further examination of a

witness in connection with Sessions Trial No. 622 of 2006.

Since no one is present to apprise this court as to what

has transpired after the order impugned was passed, I am not

inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is dismissed.
