                            J U D G M E N T

Prayer is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take

appropriate action on Ext.P4 representation filed by the

petitioners and few others. In view of the intervening

developments, in case the petitioners have still any grievance

left, they may approach the Civil Court in O.S.No.42/2003.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
