implead the informant as opposite party no.2.

Issue notice to opposite party No.2 under

registered cover with A/D and also ordinary process for

which requisites must be filed within two weeks failing

which this application shall stand dismissed without

further reference to a Bench.

In the meantime, call for legible carbon copy

of the case diary of Katra P. S. Case No.22 of 2008

(G.R.No.767 of 2008) from the court of Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and put up this case after receipt

of the same.
