Learned Advocate General appearing for the State
submitted that in terms of order dated 7.6.2011, Mr. M.V.Rao,
Inspector General of Police (Vigilance), Jharkhand, Ranchi, is
present before the Court. Referring to the supplementary
affidavit filed on 18.7.2011, it is further submitted that out of
13(thirteen) persons, four persons have been arrested, and for
rest 9(nine) persons, steps are also being taken for
apprehending them early.
It is submitted that though a prayer was made
for adjourning this case for three months for the said purpose,
but at least, it may be adjourned for two months.
Mr. Rahul Kumar, counsel for the petitioner has
got no objection to such prayer.
Under the circumstance, put up this case on
20.09.2011 for filing affidavit with regard to the steps taken in
the matter.
The presence of Mr. M.V.Rao, Inspector General
of Police (Vigilance) is exempted for the present.
