This
petition is filed with following prayers :-

a) Your
Lordship may be pleased to kindly direct the resp.no.2 not to harass
the petitioner by giving threats by keeping his lips sealed for
making any grievance or complaints against the antisocial elements.

b) Your
Lordships may be pleased to kindly direct respondent no 2 to arrest
the real culprits/accused/s dealing in anti social activities after
taking the complaint of the petitioner and remove the activities by
taking necessary action in accordance with law.

No
general prayer in above terms can be granted. No case is made out.
The petition is therefore dismissed.
