This is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India as disputed questions of fact are involved. Moreover, the grievance in
the present writ petition is with regard to violation of a contract which is
private in nature and not statutory one. We decline to interfere in the present
petition. The petitioner may seek remedy elsewhere.

The petition is dismissed accordingly.
