Present
application has been preferred by the applicant-original applicant
company to extend the time for deposing the amount of Rs.12,500/-
(Rupees Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Only) as required to be
deposited with the Registry as per the order dated 5.4.2010 passed
in Company Application No.87 of 2010 which was required to be
deposited on 12th April, 2010.

Considering
the averments in the application, time to deposit Rs.12,500/-
(Rupees Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Only) required to be deposited
as per the order dated 5.4.2010 passed in Company Application No.87
of 2010 is hereby extended upto 27th April, 2010.
