                              Regard   being   had    to   the   allegation

that the petitioner was also firing a shot

and considering the injury which was found by

the doctor which was up to cavity deep, the

court is not inclined to direct the release

of the above named petitioner on bail.

The petitioner shall be free to renew

his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The petition is dismissed with the

above directions.
