Delhi Police filed four supplementary charge sheets against a suspected Indian Mujahideen terrorist, charged with hacking the wi-fi system to send e-mails to media houses just before last year’s Sept 13 serial blasts in the Delhi.

Submitting the charge sheet in the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kaveri Baweja, the special cell of Delhi Police sought prosecution of Mohammed Akbar Ismail Choudhary under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code, the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Explosive Substances Act for his alleged involvement in the serial blasts of the national capital.

D police filed four separate supplementary charge sheets against Akbar Ismail Choudhary, who had allegedly arranged a car of his elder brother Mohsin to Mansoor Asghar Peerbhoy and others for helping them.

Akbar Ismail Choudhary, a resident of Pune, was arrested by the Mumbai police in September 2008 before being taken into custody by the Delhi police for allegedly providing logistical support in connection with serial blasts.
