The Madhya Pradesh High Court today upheld the life imprisonment awarded by a lower court 11 years ago to a man for attacking a minor girl’s private parts with a knife and then raping her.
The sentence was ratified by a division bench of Justice S K Seth and Justice P K Jaiswal.
