The Supreme Court today allowed Daya Engineering College in Madurai, run by former Union minister M K Alagiri’s Educational Trust, to make admissions for the academic year 2014-15.
A bench headed by Justice J S Khehar said that the deficiencies pointed out by the university “should not act as an impediment” to the commencement of the academic session.
