A drug smuggler has been sentenced to 10 years rigorous imprisonment by a court in Bahraich UP.
Additional District Judge, Suresh Chandra Bharti yesterday awarded 10 years rigorous imprisonment to Imtiyaz Ali for narcotics smuggling.
Ali was arrested on Dec 21, 2009 from Nepalganj road in Rupaideeha area with one kg charas.
The court also imposed fine of Rs 1 lakh on the convict.
