A court of Morena (MP) has sentenced four persons to life imprisonment for gunning down a man in 2007.
Additional Session Judge Zakir Hussain yesterday awarded life imprisonment to Puran Sikarwar, Shivram Singh Chote Singh and Dara alias Satyadev Sharma after they were found guilty of killing Shivnath Sikarwar (39) over a petty dispute on May 25, 2007 in Joura area.
Assistant Public Prosecutor Anil Agrawal today said that accused had shot dead Sikarwar after a dispute.
The fifth accused in the case, Awdhesh Singh, is absconding since the charge sheet was filed in the matter.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 each against them.
