Justice Neeraj Kishan Kaul, who was appointed a judge of the Delhi HC over four months back, has resigned. he wanted to go back to practising as a lawyer.
Neeraj Kaul (46) had taken oath as an Additional Judge of the High Court on April 15. The judge said that he has sent his resignation letter to the President. He had on July 24 sent his resignation letter to Chief Justice of India.
