This
application has been preferred for condonation of delay of 218 days
in preferring appeal against order dated 8th October, 2010 passed by
the learned Single Judge in SCA No. 7887 of 2000. It is stated that
after the order was passed, Advocate has not informed about the order
and when he come to know during the month of January, 2011 about the
order passed by the learned Single Judge, he took steps to file
appeal.

Notices
were issued on respondents, which have been served, but no affidavit
filed opposing the prayer. Having heard learned counsel for the
parties and on being satisfied with the grounds, delay of 218 days in
filing the appeal is condoned. CA stands disposed of.
