State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhanarua

P.S. Case No. 5 of 2010 registered under Section 498-A and 323

of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is husband of the

informant and he is in custody since 24.4.2010.

Keeping in view, the nature of accusation and period

of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like

amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial

Magistrate, Masauri, District-Patna in connection with Dhanarua

P.S. Case No. 5 of 2010.
