Facts
:
1. The appeal was scheduled for hearing on 13/5/2009. The appellant did
not avail of this opportunity. The appeal is, therefore, examined on merit.
2. On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is observed
that the CPIO and the Appellate Authority have replied and furnished a point-
wise response. The appellant is, however, not satisfied in respect of the
information regarding recruitment procedure, seniority list, etc. He has alleged
that the information provided to him is incomplete, false and misleading. He has,
therefore, pleaded for providing complete information.
Decision:
3. The CPIO has replied and furnished the information on the basis of
available records. Since there is no denial of information, the appellant is free to
seek inspection of relevant records so as to specify and identify the required
information, which should be furnished as per the provisions of the Act.
