They have produced the case diary of Crime No.22/2010 in the
case of missing person of Police Station Kotwali, Katni. Shri Kaurav,
has drawn our attention to the Panchnama dated 12.1.2011 which
was prepared by Police Station Badera. From the perusal of
aforesaid, it appears that the clothes, shoes and photograph of the
person were identified as of Raja Yadav by Ramu Yadav, husband of
petitioner and petitioner Smt.Duasa Bai. The panchnama bears the
signature of Ramu Yadav and thumb impression of petitioner
Smt.Duasa Bai. On being asked, Police officers present in the Court,
certified that the articles were identified by the petitioner . As the
aforesaid articles of person, who was found dead at Police Station
Badera were identified as of Raja Yadav, we find that no further
action is required in the matter.
It is stated that the Police has also registered crime
no.74/2010 and Police have initiated investigation in the matter.
The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
With the aforesaid, proceedings are closed, with no order as to
costs.
The case diary is returned back to Shri P.K.Kaurav, learned
Dy.A.G.
