2. 13.04.2011 As per the office report dated 11.4.2011

petitioner had filed an interlocutory application being

I.A. No. 10120 of 2010 on 2.12.2010 but the same

has been misplaced in the office and in spite of best

efforts is not being made out, the matter is put up

under the heading on office notes for a direction to

the petitioner to file true copy of the I.A. application

duly certified to reconstruct the record in this

regard.

Let the petitioner do so by tomorrow and

the office and the Court would proceed on the basis

of the said copy being the I.A. itself.
