02. 13.04.2011 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

by inadvertence it could not be brought to the attention of

the Court on 14.2.2011 when the writ application was

disposed that the Arms license of the petitioner already

stood renewed valid till 2012.

If the petitioner has a valid subsisting license,

the question of depositing it in safe custody and filing proof

of the same before the District Magistrate etc. obviously

does not arise.

The application stands disposed in the aforesaid

terms.
