is required as such. The admission to the 4th year is in relation to

the present petitioners who are all said to be students of batch

2006-10 and the order in question has to relate to that batch.

Counsel representing the University informs the

Court that the university authorities are more than willing to

entertain any application or request on behalf of these petitioners

based on the orders passed by the Court and there is no

resistance of any kind in this regard.

In view of the same, no clarification or modification

of the order in question is required.
