This is a petition for police protection for life and properties

of the petitioner. We are not expressing any opinion regarding

the property rights dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd

respondent. Parties have to approach the civil court for

appropriate remedies. Without expressing any opinion regarding

the civil disputes between the parties, we direct the police to see

that law and order is maintained and lives of both parties are not

endangered.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
