Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the opposite
party nos. 3 and 4, are present.

Counter affidavit has been filed by opposite party nos. 3 and 4 stating therein
that the alleged detenue is not in their possession.

State has filed counter affidavit to the effect that the alleged detenue is
residing with her grandmother so she may be impleaded as a party.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks ten days’ time to implead the
grandmother of the detenue as opposite party.
