The petitioner claims disobedience of order dated 21st April, 2010 passed in
writ petition no. 2315(SS) of 2010 whereby direction has been issued to
decide the petitioner’s representation. The petitioner admits that the decision
has been taken on the petitioner’s representation and the same has also been
brought on record but he claims that the observation made by the court has
not been followed whereas I am of the view that if the petitioner feels
aggrieved with the order, he can challenge the same before, appropriate court,
but once the same is taken in the matter, I do not find disobendience of the
order passed by the writ court.

Thus, I hereby dismiss the contempt petition and discharge the notice.
