Notice on behalf of opposite party No.1 has been accepted by the Chief
Standing Counsel, whereas Mr. Sanjay Bhasin has accepted notice on
behalf of the opposite party No.2 and Mr. D. K. Upadhyay has accepted
notice on behalf of the University/opposite party No.3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the persons, who are lower in
merit, have been provided admission, whereas the case of the petitioner
has been ignored, though she belongs to an handicapped category.

List after ten days to enable leaned Counsel for the opposite parties to
fetch instructions.
