Heard Sri G.P. Srivastava holding brief of Sri Dhruva Narayana ,learned
counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Kumar learned counsel for the
respondents.
By means of the present writ petition , the main relief as prayed by the
petitioner is quoted as under:-
“To issue a writ , order or directions in the nature of certiorari quashing the
impugned suspension order dated 8.10.2001 ( Annexure no.1) to the writ
petition , passed by respondent no. 1 /2.”
Sri Anand Kumar , learned counsel for the respondents states that in the
incident in question by which the petitioner has been placed under
suspension , departmental enquiry has already been completed and
thereafter punishment orders already passed as such the present writ petition
has become infructuous.
Sri G.P.Srivastava states that he has no instructions in this regard.
In view of the above said facts on the basis of the submission made by
learned counsel for the petitioner as in the present case final orders has
already been passed by the competent authority, so the present writ petition
has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
