ORAL ORDER

Prayer has been made by the applicant in this M.C.A.
for the extension of interim relief operating in favour of
the applicant for a further period upto 28-2-1997. The
counsel for the parties are in agreement that the interim
relief may be extended on the same terms and conditions upto
21st February, 1997. Order accordingly.

The interim relief is extended till 21-2-1997 on
same terms and conditions as it was initially granted.

The M.C.A.    is disposed of.
