2. 13.12.2010 It has been submitted that even while a vigilance

case was pending for the same cause of action the present

case has been instituted, which is totally unwarranted.

Issue notice to the opposite party no.2 to show

cause as to why the application be not admitted/disposed of

at the stage of admission itself, for which requisites etc.

under registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process

must be filed within three weeks, failing which this

application shall stand rejected without further reference to a

Bench.

Rule returnable three months.
