learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to file additional
affidavit-in-rejoinder. Two weeks’ time is allowed to him for the
same.
Draft
amendment has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner. After
hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the draft amendment is
allowed. Necessary amendment shall be carried out by the petitioner
in the writ petition by tomorrow.
Learned
counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel for respondent
No.3 may file affidavit-in-reply to the amended writ petition within
two weeks. Affidavit-in-rejoinder may be filed by the petitioner
within a further period of two weeks.
