ORDER

It
is submitted that due to paucity of time and non-availability of the
order dated 28.04.2011 with the office of the OL, the date for the
auction to be held by this Court and advertisement is to be published
as per the above order is to be modified and process of issuance of
advertisement as well as receiving offers from the bidders will take
some time.

In
view of the above, next date of hearing is fixed on 29th
June, 2011. The OL shall publish advertisement as ordered in order
dated 28.04.2011 by specifying date of hearing as 29.06.2011.
