ORDER

The
petitioner original defendant is before this Court being
aggrieved by order passed by the learned Chamber Judge, City Civil
Court, Ahmedabad below Notice of Motion in Civil Suit No.290 of 2008.

Heard
Mr.H.K.Acharya, learned advocate for the petitioner.

Having
perused the order impugned, it is clear that the defendant therein
was trying to hold back the proceedings of the Court by extending
‘full non-cooperation’ in the matter. The Court below, having
considered the same, passed the order impugned.

This
Court finds no substance in the petition. Hence, the same is
dismissed.
