With regard to his grievance, the petitioner has already made a
representation on 29.05.2010 Annexure 6 to the writ petition,
which is pending before the respondent no.1.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the present case, this writ
petition is being disposed of finally with a direction to decide the
aforesaid representation of the petition in accordance with law by a
reasoned and speaking order within a month from the date of
production of a certified copy of this order before the respondent
No.1.
