Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order
dated 14.10.2009 passed by the learned District Judge, Siddharth
Nagar.
The dispute is between husband and wife. It would be appropriate to
give both the parties a chance to settle the dispute and their
difference by resorting to the proceeding of reconciliation and
mediation.
Let the record of this case be put up before the Registrar,
Reconciliation/Mediation Centre, High Court, Allahabad who will
issue notice to both the parties fixing a date to personally appear
before him and will then refer the matter for reconciliatory
proceedings.
The conciliator is allowed four months’ time to go into the conciliatory
proceedings between the parties.
The case be listed before the appropriate court in the 2 nd week of
May, 2010.
