whether humdast notice has been served on the respondent no. 1 or not.
In view of the aforesaid, hearing of this case is adjourned for 4th of August,

Till that date, the further proceedings before IInd Additional District Judge,
Khandwa in Civil Suit No. 4A/2008 shall remain stayed.
