Reserve Bank of India, put up among zero cases in

the main list on 2.5.2011 to enable him to file

counter affidavit in the matter. The counter

affidavit must clearly explain as to how the

respondents reconcile paragraph No.2(b) of the

Circular dated 1.3.2000 with Item No.(xv) of

Annexure to the said Circular.
