Rule.

Service is waived.

The
applicant prays for parole on the ground that he would like to file
an appeal before this court against the conviction and sentence of
life imprisonment by judgment and order dated 18.6.2011 passed by the
Sessions Court, Gandhinagar, in Sessions Case No.89 of 2009.

Looking to the conduct of the applicant as per the jail record to be
good, this application is granted. The applicant is granted 15
[fifteen] days parole on usual conditions and on his executing a bond
of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the satisfaction of the
jail authority. Rule is made absolute.

The office is directed to communicate this order to the applicant
through the jail authority.
