Looking
to the prayers made in this petition, the learned counsel for the
petitioners has contended that as per the roster, the present
petition is not required to be placed before the Division Bench.
However, this Court is of the view that office may examine it and
obtain appropriate orders for placement of the matter, as there is
urgency in the matter. The office is expected to do it at the
earliest.
