Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
The applicants are accused in case crime no. 85 of 2010 under sections 302,
328, 120-B I.P.C. and 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, P.S. Baradari, District Bareily.
This application has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be
issued to the courts below for disposal of the bail application of the applicants
on the same day.
After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations it is
directed that in case applicants move application for appearance/surrender
before the court concerned within 30 days from today on which the court
concerned shall fix the date of surrender/appearance, in the meantime the
court concerned shall seek the instructions from the prosecution side. In case
the applicants move the application for bail on the day of the appearance or
surrender, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the
courts below.
With the above direction, the application is finally disposed of.
