                                 JUDGMENT

Raman, J.

The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of O.P.No.871/2007

pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. We cannot find any

undue delay in the matter of disposal of a 2007 case. However, the

petitioner submits that she is suffering from several ailments and to come to

the court on every occasion causes undue hardship to her. If so, it is open

to the petitioner to seek for dispensation of appearance on sufficient

grounds. If such an application is filed, the Family Court will consider

dispensation of appearance of the party on all occasions, except when it is

found absolutely necessary.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
