This matter was heard on 10.09.2008 in the presence of the appellant and
Shri P.K. Vijay, CPIO and Manager (CRM) representing the respondents.
2. On perusal of the records and after listening to the submissions of the
parties, it is noted that through their communications dated 28.08.2007 and
15.03.2008, respondents had provided all information to the appellant as
comprised in the appellant’s RTI-application dated 30.06.2007. Therefore, this
appeal is infructuous.
3. Commission did not notice in this matter any delay or withholding of
information which could be said to be without reasonable cause. Appellant
should be pleased that the respondents have diligently provided to him all
information as requested by him.
4. In view of the above, the appeal is closed.
5. Copy of this decision be sent to the parties.
