The
matter was heard at length. The Court is inclined to entertain this
petition, at this stage Shri, Tejas P. Satta learned advocate
appearing for the petitioner, requested for time to cite authorities
and also discuss that his client ordinarily could not have granted
time, however, as the learned advocate is making request for citing
authorities in respect of his case. The request for time is granted.
The matter is kept on 15.07.2011.
