3. 13.07.2011. In pursuance to the order dated 26.03.2011, the

petitioner is present. However, opposite party no.2 could not

appear since she has to appear in some examination at Delhi.

The petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no.2

as wife with full dignity and honour.

Since the petitioner is posted in B.S.F. and his

vacation is going to over and he has to report back to duty on

25.07.2011, put up this case on 20.07.2011. It is expected that the

petitioner and opposite party no.2 shall appear on that date.

It is made clear that if opposite party no.2 shall not

appear on 20.07.2011 the case will be disposed.

Let the order dated 26.03.2011 be continued.
