This petition is for bail.

2. The alleged offences are under Sections 406, 409 and

420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the 5th

accused in the crime. She was arrested in connection with

crime No.169/08 on 22.9.2008. Thereafter, several crimes

were registered against petitioner one after other in

connection with same transaction, on the basis of the

complaints filed by different complainants. Thereafter, arrest

of petitioner was recorded in this case also on 7.2.2009.

3. The learned Director General of Prosecution submitted

that he has no objection in granting bail to petitioner on

conditions.

4. On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that bail can be

granted to petitioner.

Hence, bail is granted to petitioner on the following

terms and conditions:

i) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/-

with two solvent sureties each for the like sum

to the satisfaction of the Magistrate Court

concerned.

ii) Petitioner shall report before the investigating

officer as and when directed.

iii). Petitioner shall surrender the passport, if any,

before the Magistrate Court concerned within

seven days from the date of release.

iv) Petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or

influence the witnesses or intimidate them or

commit any offence while on bail and in case

of breach of this condition, the bail is liable to

be cancelled.

Petition is allowed.
