The Applicant filed an RTI Application dt.28.8.10 with the PIO, East Coast Railway, Khurda seeking  the Photostat copies of the original muster roll on whose basis the monthly salary had been paid by  SET(L)/CTC to Shri Kapilendra Behera, Motor Trolley Driver, working in the office of SE(Tele/L), East  Coast Railway, Cuttack of Signal and Telecom Department  with effect from 7.1.08 to 10.8.10.  Shri  B.N.Behera, ACPIO replied on 4.10.10 enclosing the information dt.27.9.10 furnished by DPO and  dated 13.9.10 furnished by DSTE, both stating that information is not available with them.   Being  aggrieved with the reply, the Applicant filed a complaint dt.19.11.10 before CIC reiterating his request  for the information Decision 2.
