The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.30.11.09 with the PIO, Dept. of AYUSH, M/o Health & Family  Welfare requesting for information against 4 points with regard to the pay scale of Hindi Translators.  On not receiving any reply, he filed an appeal dt.3.1.10 with the Appellate Authority. On still not  receiving any reply, he filed a complaint dt.8.2.10 before CIC. 2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for August 26,  2010.   3. Respondents were not present during the hearing. 4. The  RTI  application  was  filed   by the  Applicant with  the PIO,  East Central Railway, Danapur on  08.07.09. In his application, he requested for information on the action taken on his letter dated 08.05.09  regarding stoppage of trains number 8183UP­8184DN, 5281UP­5282DN and 3410UP­3402DN at Athmalgola  Station under Danapur Division, East Central Railway Zone. The PIO replied on 19.05.09 enclosing the reply  given by the Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, Danapur on 08.05.09 in which it was stated that the request  for stoppage had not been received in his office. However, based on the RTI Application , the  feasibility of  stopping the trains at Athmalgola is being reviewed.   2.
